Your Future is a personalized coaching ecosystem for established coaches with active clients. It joins a branded Workspace, AI Brain, and Client App. Your Future builds and configures it with you, then you operate it as part of your practice.
The first ten coaches receive the complete core system for a founding investment of $2,500 and provide structured private feedback. Seven founding spots remain. Future builds will start at $3,500. Payment options are available.
The standard build includes discovery and onboarding, a branded Workspace, AI Brain, Client App, standard rooms and tools, selected supported connections confirmed before the build, setup, guidance on using the Workspace, acceptance, handoff, twelve months of maintenance, and three months of Care.
Payment reserves your build slot. You then have 30 calendar days to complete guided onboarding and provide the required materials, access, and approvals. Once onboarding is complete, the build is typically ready within 30 days. Time waiting for missing information does not count as build time. Delivery finishes with training, a guided acceptance review, and handoff.
Your Fit Promise begins at handoff, when your system is live, you have access, and your walkthrough is complete. If it is not the right fit, request a refund in writing within 14 days. We keep 25% for the onboarding, personalization, setup, and completed work, and refund 75% of the standard build price. Custom tools, integrations, and separately scoped add-ons are excluded once that work begins. We receive one reasonable opportunity to address the concern, but you remain entitled to the refund.
Yes. You may keep your existing website, and the core system connects to your existing booking link. Website and Site Chat are available only if you want a new site.
You connect your own account and can switch among the supported AI providers agreed for your build. Available capabilities vary by provider. AI usage is billed directly by the provider based on your usage, and an ordinary consumer chat subscription should not be assumed to cover API use. We verify additional providers first and confirm any extra price before work begins.
Yes. Your Workspace includes controls for updating content, changing settings, making supported customizations, and refining your Brain. Initial Brain setup and training are included in your build. If you’d like us to optimize your Brain training over time or make changes for you, we’ll agree the scope and price. Guided Brain refinement remains part of active Care.
Your Future ecosystems run on your own hosting, AI, and selected services. You pay the providers directly, with costs based on your plans and personal usage. Your Future earns nothing from those provider charges.
The tools and features included in your build may help you reduce current subscriptions or replace some completely. We can also connect selected tools you already use when they’re supported. We’ll discuss what you use and confirm what’s possible during your build.
You own your brand, method, content, client relationships, data, connected accounts, and provider keys. You keep the continuing right to use your personalized installed system. Your Future owns and improves the reusable software foundation, source, delivery method, and shared product knowledge.
No. During your included three months of Care and while paid Care remains active, Your Future may receive limited technical diagnostics such as connection status, software version, failed feature, time of failure, and an error reference. These signals are designed to exclude your content, conversations, files, Brain material, client records, and private business data. If support genuinely requires access to a client-owned account or private information, we ask for permission first and use only the access needed for that work.
Both periods begin at handoff. Your 12 months of maintenance cover defects in the delivered system and Brain, ordinary compatibility fixes, and standard software and security updates needed to keep the agreed system working.
Your 3 months of Care provide guidance on using the Workspace, troubleshooting, supported connections, client-specific migration and testing, guided Brain refinement, and technical monitoring designed to exclude private content.
Ongoing Care is optional. Monthly support can continue technical monitoring, usage guidance, troubleshooting, supported connection help, and guided Brain refinement. We agree the scope, price, and support terms before it begins. You can also request separately scoped help as needed.
Scheduled Brain retraining, major method changes, custom features, and done-for-you changes are separately scoped. Care does not include unlimited work or a guaranteed repair time.
Custom builds, specific add-ons, and advanced customization beyond your agreed Your Future Workspace are priced separately. This includes custom rooms or tools, unsupported integrations, large migrations, and major Brain or method restructuring. If you prefer us to make changes you can manage through existing controls, we scope that work separately too. You approve the work and price before we begin.
You can keep using and managing your personalized Workspace. Ongoing Care is your choice: opt for monthly support or ask us to scope additional help when you need it. Pay-as-needed support starts at $250 per approved engagement; monthly Care is quoted separately.
If you choose not to continue Care, proactive monitoring and personal guidance end. Maintenance remains included through month 12. After that, shared software updates and fixes may continue for versions Your Future actively supports.
Reporting a problem and receiving the initial review are free. We review every request and confirm whether it is a complimentary shared product correction, covered by Care, available as pay-as-needed support, or separately quoted custom work. Paid work begins only after you approve the price.
